The Alliance for Dental Care staff members are experts in dental insurance coverage. Our office computer network presently contains coverage information for over 500 group plans that are serviced by over 200 insurance companies. We accept all insurances and participate with Delta Dental.
Our business office and dental assistants are qualified to prepare written estimates of your dental insurance coverage and out of pocket costs for specific procedures. As a service to our patients, we bill your insurance company directly and we follow all claims closely. Our staff is happy to work with you to better understand your dental benefits. Ultimately, however, the relationship is between you and your insurance provider and there may be occasions where you will need to communicate directly with them.
Payment for services in excess of estimated insurance coverage (co-pay) is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Alliance for Dental Care requires 24 business hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments. If 24 business hours notice is not given or an appointment is missed, a fee will be charged to be determined by length/type of missed or rescheduled appointment.
